JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
JOB QUALIFICATION :
- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.
- Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested.
- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities.
- Checking all order, payable, and payment vouchers, monitoring all Monthly Tax Payment and Reporting, Yearly Tax Payment and Reporting.
- To ensure company comply to all tax regulations in all its business activities / operations.
- Monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing and analyzing management reports requested.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned.
- Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
- Responsible for the preparation of the overall budget of the company
- Responsible for organizing and auditing the budget preparation of each subsidiary company.
- Responsible for analyzing and evaluating the budget implementation of the company and its subsidiaries.
- Responsible for the investment budget, analysis and evaluation of the company's new projects.
JOB QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar position.
- Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Willingness to comply with all local, and company regulations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
