Accounting :

- Manage the general accounting functions;

- Prepare Financial Statement ( BS, PL) for Management Report

- Controls and maintain general ledger/Balance Sheet Account

- Maintain and calculation of fixed assets (depreciation, acquisition and others)

- Maintain and calculation of prepaid expenses

- Control Cash Advance Settlement

- Controls and maintain monthly accrued expenses

- Controls and maintain monthly general expenses

Finance :

-Manage and support the company's overall finance operations;

- Proceed Financial Analysis ( Receivable Turnover, Trend Analysys, etc )

- Preparing Incoming Cash Projection

- Prepare Outgoing Cash plan

- Control and proceed collection of Account Receivable

- Control and instruct Payment of Account Payable

- Control Employee/Messenger Receivable

- Control Cash Advance

- Proceed AR Report for Management Meeting

- Report Bank Indonesia Report ( LLD )

- Make any necessary form/template/system for treasury requirements

Tax Compliance :

- Controls and check monthly tax with consultand tax

- Monitoring and review monthly all the taxes report and reconcile

- Assist Consultant for Tax Audit

- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed;

Familiar with

Auditing, MYOB Accounting, SAP FICO, TAX, Jurnal id
