As a Technical Service & Quality Assurance Junior Staff, you will have job to :

1. Handling customer's inquiry
2. Investigate and analyze any problems related steel sheet product
3. Maintain good relationship with customer and coil center / business partner
4. Coordination and deliver customer information & inquiry to internal (related department)
5. Collect competitor information & propose activity to counter

And to be successful at this job, the candidate must :

1. Bachelor Degree majoring in Material/Metallurgical Engineering (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
2. Having good leadership, communication skill, analytical thinking, and able to work as a team
3. Having good personality, high initiative and able to work under pressure
4. Having good knowledge about material & steel industry
5. Able to speak English both verbal or written (will be nice if can speak Japanese)
6. Have an interest in technical matter & customer service
7. Computer literate
