Responsibilities :
- Responsible for offline business growth and sales achievement particularly from general trade and modern trade channel.
- Responsible for conducting due diligence for potential distribution partner.
- Identifies channel opportunities and takes initiative to drive growth
- Ensures stock adequacy for monthly promotions and new launches by proper sales forecasting
- Plans Quarterly / monthly / weekly sales and coverage targets
- Ensure the selling out target can be achieved
- Ensures that all field sales team members & distributors completely comply with the company’s sales system & processes
- Market intelligence. Provides market insight- information and competitor activity
Qualification :
- Poses at least a bachelor degree from any major
- Having at least 3-6 years of experience in sales/commercial (preferably in fmcg industry)
- Having a good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to work with high mobility
- Strong leadership capabilities & people management.
- Have a Strong drive to get the job done attitude
- Proficient in english is a plus
