Roles & Responsibilities

We are expanding our IT team and is looking for a system administrator to join the camLine family!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation, configuration and management of organization IT assets, maintenance of on premises or cloud virtualization infrastructure across global offices
• Provide technical support for local and remote users for all IT related issues and participate in cross team troubleshooting of complex end-to-end application, performance issues for on premises and cloud environment
• Perform ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration and event management
• Maintain data backup and on-demand restoration with clear understanding of all existing data backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Keep up-to-date with the emerging technologies related to virtualization and cloud technology domain and propose improvements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Possess working knowledge of Windows Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/IIS/GPO, Microsoft Technology stack, administration and maintenance of various Virtualize infrastructure PROXMOX, HYPERV, QNAP QTS, AWS, AZURE, VMWARE
• Possess working knowledge of Linux base operating environment, firewall, networking appliances from FORTIGATE, HPE, UBIQUITI, DELL and databases on premise and cloud.
• Good understanding of cyber security threats and technologies.
