Bio Propylene Glycol Project Intern

Qualifications:

• Chemical Engineering bachelors degree from a Reputable University
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate (Microsoft software, Google applications, etc.)
• Able to drive a car and have Driver License
• Willing to undertake and finish full 6 Month internship duration in PT. TELESYS INDONESIA
• Willing to Work from Office Monday to Friday (Treasury Tower - District 8 15th Floor, Suite A-B-M-N, SCBD Lot 28, Jl. Jendral Sudirman Kav 52 - 53, Senayan, Jakarta Selatan 12190)

Job Description:

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and coordination of Bio PG projects that deliver effective outcomes and meet delivery needs.
• Undertake research and analysis to support the development of Bio PG projects and ensure the use of project management methodologies and processes to allow for consistent high-quality outcomes.
• Manage and oversee particular aspects of Bio PG projects (Trading & Manufacturing) and implementations, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, and monitoring budgets to ensure successful project milestones are met.
• Prepare a range of Bio PG project-related documents (Trading & Manufacturing) for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.
• Deliver assigned projects and processes within agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards.
• Liaise and work across PT. MBE, Tbk and Government (such as Kemenperin, BKPM, etc.) & non-Government stakeholders (including external customers) to ensure an effective interface between program development, planning, service design, and policy implementation.
• Work effectively with team members towards mutual continued development and provide feedback to each other on project work undertaken.
• Seek out and (pro) actively manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships based on open and regular discussions and feedback, to ensure an effective interface between program development, planning, service design, and policy implementation

Key Challenges:

• Meeting tight deadlines in an environment characterized by conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Maintaining oversight of Bio PG project (Trading and Manufacturing) progress and identifying issues and risks bringing them to the attention of the Project Director.
