The placement of this job will be at CCIS (CMA CGM Inland Services)

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for human resources management, covering the aspects of recruitment and retainment staff, compensation and benefits, employee relations, implementation policies and procedures, and training and development as well as motivating staff towards achieving companys goals and objectives for all Indonesian Depot
  • Design and direct the full spectrum of activities in Human Resources for all Indonesian Depot
  • Coordinate with HR RO, HR APAC, & HR HO
  • Bridge and mediate management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Serve as agent of change

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategy
  • Lead and directing the HR team to carry full spectrum of HR functions including compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee communications, training and manpower planning for all Indonesian Depot
  • Responsible for project assigned by Management & Headquarter including HR system enhancement, performance appraisal and e-platform
  • Develop and implement HR strategies (through development, engagement, motivation and talent retention), plans and policies related activities to support and achieve the Companys business objectives and future business needs
  • Work closely with the Department Heads and actively involved in strategic planning, operational decisions, training and development, talent & performance management
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Compliance
  • Manage and government relationship for human resource regulatory, legal matters to ensure compliance, exp employees and company business licenses
  • Assist and advise Company managers/director on HR policy, practice, procedure and issues
  • Recruitment
  • Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process
  • Learning & Development
  • Manage a training plan that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/specific time scales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure control of training and development expenditure within agreed budgets 
  • Liaise with other managers to understand all necessary aspects of their learning and development needs, and ensure they are fully informed of corporate learning and development objectives
  • Identify talent and make succession plan and ensure training (learning & development activity) is aligned to support the plan
  • Performance Appraisal
  • Responsible for performance appraisal forms & summary 
  • Prepare performance appraisal summary for management review
  • Agent of Change
  • Promote corporate values and enable business success with his/her capacity as agent of change through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Annual HR Budgeting
  • Arrange department annual work plan and budget, coordinate and control the implementation of it and ensure that department can use the budget effectively and efficiently in line with the strategy and action plan
  • Other ad hoc project as assigned by Management
  • Any other assignments as and when assigned by senior management

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Minimum Level of Qualification
  • Minimum 7 years professional experience in multinational companies as HR Manager.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines
  • Professional Skills
  • English fluency
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Ability to innovate to create and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
  • Knowledge of payroll and payroll procedures
  • Ability to support and influence all stakeholders, including Director and Department Heads across the business
  • Commercial Awareness-Able to demonstrate contribution to maximize commercial performance through controlling costs, and ensuring efficiencies where possible
