Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Law.
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge in Legal & HR.
• Understanding in company Law.
• Having deep knowledge & experience with legal case.
• Having experience with regulators and authorities.
• Experience in payment industry, finance company or banks is point plus.
• Understanding of labor laws and Company Legality, BPJS, industrial relations, Psychological Test Tools.
• able to advise board of management on legal matters.
• confident in representing the company in legal cases.
• able to draft a legal agreement as required by the company.

Responsibilities :

• Research on laws / regulations that are relevant to the company's problems or issues
• Other related legal matters as assigned by the management
• Assisting with licensing related to the development of company activities
• Review and evaluate legal documents such as contracts and other contracts
• Performing the work and duties of the HRD Section and ensuring HR activities are in line with the company's strategy.
• Planning organizational development based on the company's vision, mission & values. Implement, create, manage, and interpret applicable company policies and programs.
• Make an analysis of agreements, agreements, cooperation contracts with third parties
• Provide advice and legal opinions related to the company
• Drafting and reviewing company documents
