Job Descriptions:

- Handle all HR process (payrollrecruitment, personnel, organization development, appraisal, etc)

- Ensure the Government Policies applied on Company

- Create, review and enhanced HR Business Process

- Handling the HR administrative tasks such as maintain absences, leaves, etc

- Preparing and monitoring employee's contract (signing period, extension period, termination period)

- Understand the BPJS system and work on the administration

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, psychologist or equivalent.

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Multitasking

- Ms Office
