REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resources/related 
• Proven work experience as a HR Staff (Generalist) with minimum 3 years experience
• Strong knowledge of Manpower regulations and BPJS
• Strong in Recruitment and OD
• Understand HR operational process
• Sharp time management skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data and attention to detail
• Having Integrity, highly initiative and a good team player
• Problem solver, Good track record and has good personality 
• Excellence English communication skill in both written and spoken 
• Good Computer skills in Ms. Office, Google
