Responsibilities:

• Create a work program based on targets and levels of availability.
• Carry out routine inspections of hauling fleet, hauling work environment, and worker health.
• Carry out arrangements for coal transport fleets.
• Carry out investigation activities fr any accidents, and operational violations.
• Implement standards and procedures, work safety procedures, and adherence to the rules that apply in the company.
• Coordinate all field supervisors to carry out tasks.
• Identify operational problems and then optimize work processes.
• Make periodic reports that cover equipment availability, labour availability, transportation activities, and must be documented properly.

Requirements:

• Maximum age is 45
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Ready to work in a dynamic environment
• Having strong leadership and demonstrating good communication skills.
• Having a minimum of Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a hauling contractor (mining transportation company).
• Possess First Level Operational Supervisor certification (POP).
• Understanding mining supervision aspects.
• Able to prepare structured reports (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Able to create work programs and lead a team.
• Having a good analytical skill
• Knowledge of truck units and machinery would be an advantage.
