Requirements :

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields with min. GPA of 3.00.

At least 3-5 years of experience in digital or online marketing area or related fields.

Experience in identifying target audiences.

Creative, innovative, multimedia savvy, and well-organized.

Experienced at marketing & analytics platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics with a strong ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

Having good copywriting skills.

Great communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytics skills and data-driven thinking

Responsibilities :

Identify trends and insights

Allocate marketing investments

Plan and direct marketing campaigns

Track the website traffic flow, keeping best practises in mind to generate leads

Implement and analyze performance metrics

Measure and assess goals vis-à-vis ROI

Device experiments and conversion tests

Provide internal reports on a regular basis

Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms

Create digital marketing campaigns

Ensure consistency in the brand messaging

Work with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns

Prepare emails and newsletters to send to current customers

Launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers

Follow best practises for social media marketing on different platforms

Track marketing metrics and analyze digital data to measure marketing success
