About the Job:

• Provide help-desk assistance to internal employees across subsidiaries and external affiliates by troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues with the NetSuite system and integration elements as they arise and when necessary coordinate with NetSuite support on issues that cannot be resolved internally.
• Support Finance department to ensure accurate financial records, CoGS and information.
• Create and Customize financial comparisons reports via saved searches or other reporting engines for Finance, Sales and other relevant departments.
• Perform day-to-day administration and monitoring of the NetSuite system which involves configuration and maintenance of the software so the company can maximize its workflow and achieve its business goals.
• Provide Netsuite Training.
• Work with SuiteApp companies for implementation and maintenance.
• Primary contact for NetSuite support & customization requests (Fields, Forms, Searches, Reports, KPIs).
• To support and maintain Time tracking and Expense Apps.

You:

• Qualification in Accounting, followed closely by Computer Science, with other educational backgrounds including Business Administration, Finance and Economics.
• In depth knowledge and experience on using and customizing ERP Systems, especially Netsuite.
• Experience in administration and configuration of Netsuite SRP
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making ability.
• In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices
