As Store Management, you will: Plan and direct the implementation of store operations strategies to achieve customer satisfaction, sales targets, and cost efficiency.

• Have at least 1 year as barista and 1 year as Store Leader in the field of F&B industry.
• Understand and able to plan and direct the implementation of store operations strategies to achieve customer satisfaction, sales target, and cost efficiency.
• Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members
• Have at least D3/S1 educational background (preferably in hospitality).
