Responsibilities :

• Research potential  vendors local & overseas vendor
• Compare and   evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract  terms of agreement  and pricing
• Create quotation to client and Follow up to client for outstanding quotation
• Track orders and ensure timely   delivery
• Review quality of purchased  products
• Enter   order  details  (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices)   into internal databases
• Maintain   updated   records      of   purchase & Sales  products, delivery Information  and Invoices
• Prepare  reports on   purchases & Sales Report
• Coordinate  with warehouse staff to ensure proper  storage
• Optimize  costs
• Anticipate  business   activity  and acts proactlvely
• Maximize supplier & client relationship
• Manage team work follow  SOP
• Create value & Innovates
• Operate  according to internal control principles & legal rules

Requirements :

• Atleast 3-10 years experiences Marine industry &  Chandlering.
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian, Mandarin in an advantage & Proficiency in MS Office Application,
• Must be able to work & Independently or  team Work
• Good Communication
• Good  Leadership   and analytical
• Excellent  Problem Solving
• Good Interpersonal   skill
