• Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems and monitoring and analyzing quality performance
• Maintains records and prepares reports of results of inspections.
• Produces relevant field quality inspection reports and provides quality metrics
• Evaluates the validity and acceptability of inspection, examination, and testing results
• Performs quality inspections on work currently performed or work that has been recently completed utilizing established checklists and other quality-related documents
• Inspects, tests, or measures materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications
• Provide expert advice to all stakeholders, including contractors, Project Manager, project staff, clients, and donor agencies on electrical engineering related work where required
• Update and maintain project documentation as required for Quality Control, job progress, and customer sign off
• Prepare and review detailed electrical engineering design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and scope of work reports to be included in facilities construction tender documents
• Assists in the development, review, and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives, work breakdown structure, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, risk management approach, milestone descriptions, budgets, and staffing requirements

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (with Electrical Engineer Background)
• Must have minimal 8 years of working experience as a QA/QC Manager
• Knowing the field of Electrical or Communication Systems
• Preferably those who have a certificate of competence or similar
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Will be work in Gresik and Riau
