HR OFFICER
Key Objective of the Role
Assist HR Supervisor in implementing all the programs and plans of the HR department for the entire companies.
Responsibilities:
  • Control all HR administrative, Payroll, BPJS, tasks for onboarding, and new hire orientation, including registering new hires to filing employee data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies.
  • Handling Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Interview, Onboard, Recruitment Report, Newcomer Database Monitoring)
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave, etc.
  • Maintain employee shift schedule to be updated in HRIS and responsible for attendance and productivity.
  • Assist in Payroll Preparation by compiling overtime data, medical claim reimbursement, meals allowance and etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any subject, preferably in Psychology or Law
  • Proven experience as an HR officer for at least 5 years, especially in manufacturing company
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Outstanding knowledge of HRIS systems will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Familiar with Ms. Office, especially in Ms. Excel.
  • Fast learner, attention to detail.
  • Can work under pressure and focus on the timeline and tight deadline.
  • Good communication skills, honesty, and discipline.
  • Good English skill (both written and verbal) is preferred.
  • Placement: Manufacturing plant at Hyundai Industrial Estate, Cikarang Bekasi
