Job description:

This position requires planning, supervision of technical aspects of construction project and leadership skill.

Requirement:

1. Degree in interior field or architecture or civil engineer.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in handling residential and retail project/ brands
3. Preferable <35 years old
4. Knowledge in material & finishing
5. Well versed with Sketch up, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
6. Having their own vehicle
7. Good leadership and well organized

Work activities:

1. Manage interior & architecture project.
2. Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety and regulation.
3. Surveying sites
4. Make sure budgeting, timescale, and project specification are met.
5. Solving problem and providing technical advice
6. Preparing and checking site administrations, reports, designs and drawings.
7. Liaising with designer, supervisor, clients and sub-contractors.

Work condition:

Travel: Willing to visiting sites and clients.

Location: A number of project located in Jakarta & Tangerang.
