Lowongan Ocean Freight Export Officer di PT Crane Worldwide Logistics Indonesia

Ocean Export Officer is responsible for processing shipments and all related activities for an assigned base of accounts. The individual will have contact with customers, carriers and potential customers on a daily basis. You must be proactive in providing quality customer service and have the ability to handle pressure and responsibility in a fast pace environment, in a timely and affective manner.

Responsibilities

• On-schedule handling of ocean export shipments worldwide
• Handle documentations (B/L, Customs Declaration, Pre-Alert, DO, Manifest such as AMS, ISF, ACI, etc.)
• Maintaining good customer relationships incl. problem-solving
• Correspondence with customers, vendors, and related parties for customer satisfaction, and ensure excellent service execution
• Accrue cost from vendor & submit original invoice from vendor to finance for finalize.
• Prepare and issue billing invoice (freight and custom clearance).
• Prepare customer statistics and P&L job files for month-end closing
• Manage and implement department goals, milestone, and quality guidelines

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or logistics industry
• Must have excellent customer service skills, responding promptly and professionally to customer needs and requests for service and assistance in English and Bahasa
• Able to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence.
• Detail oriented and team player with proactive work attitude
• Strong computer skills
