JOB DESCRIPTION

-       Prepare Civil & ME Drawings on the basis needs provided by Principals, Consultants, Contractors & Owners.

-       Finalizing all related drawings for Project Team to do the Site Work.

-       Collect and manage all related data for construction activities.

-       Execute all assignments allocated by Project Manager as needed.

REQUIREMENT

-       Very strong Drafter Background, have minimum 3 Projects experience in Projects is preferable.

-       Excellent Skill for any kind of drawing softwares.

-       Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics associated with trade.

-       Can work under pressure and diligent, and capable handling many projects in the same time.

-       Very strong in personality management, good behavior, and make clients enjoy in relationship.

-       Customer satisfaction oriented.

-       A Must language : Bahasa & English.

-       Smart working, sales-driven, high “sense of urgency” in any form of activities.

-       Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

-       Willing to go travel all around Indonesia and Overseas.
