Job Description:

1. Receiving New Sales/call-off from Sales team and ensuring internal related operations

2. Monitor scheduled call off by customer in SAP

3. Create SO in SAP based on call off

4. Weekly summary of SO to PGI

5. Communicate with customer on detail schedule

6. Report to Sales team if cannot align with customer

7. Monthly summary of remaining contract and discuss with Sales team for next forecast

8. Monitor product availability match to SO

9. Monitor SO status until shipment schedule done

10. Communicate with shipping team to ensure schedule aligned

11.Communicate with sales team to ensure schedule aligned

12. To provide status OTIF by weekly

13. Connect with customers logistic to confirm time and product amount to be delivered

Job Requirements:

1. Must be fluent in English

2. Must be excellent in MS office (Excel), for Executive hire

3. Good in data analytics and management

4. High accountability with less supervision required

5. Knows prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

6. Organized and structured thought execution

7. High Emotional Intelligence

8.  Ability to work under pressure or with a sense of urgency

9.  Working experience in 8years+

10. Any data analytics certification would be desired

11. Having knowledge in Customer Service/ Planning/ Sales/ Marketing/ Shipping

12. Minimum Educational background Bachelors (business/ economics/ finance/ IT/ computer science/ operations/ or related fields
