REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor Degree of Medicine, Visual Design or Graphic Design or any Major
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in Social Media Related role
• Ability to effectively manage time and schedule according to deadlines
• Ability to make Content Planning and Manage social media

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
3. Set specific objectives and report on ROIG.
4. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
5. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
6. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
7. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
8. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Tiktok timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
9. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
10. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
11. Responsible for IT work in the office.
12. Responsible for the live room, video content, video creation, video editing to video uploading, all must be done on time; video quality must be good. Every day, 1-5 video contents must be created. In making video content, you must fulfill the orders/requirements from your boss in detail.
13. Responsible for completing the accumulation of daily live statistical data.
14. The use of Ads / advertising promotions on live streaming must follow the instructions or directions of the company.
15. Required to be fluent / proficient in using Ads / advertising promotions, analyzing daily data, the company requires progress in work, and realizing it.
16. Daily reports are made every day using data tables.
