Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the smelter industry with exposure to metallurgy and chemical processes.
• In-depth understanding of smelting processes, metallurgy, and chemical engineering principles. Familiarity with various types of smelting furnaces and related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to smelting operations.
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project execution.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices related to the smelter industry.
• The smelter industry can be dynamic, so flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances are crucial
• Willing to accept Roster system [3 Months], Meal, Dorm, Transportation are provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise in metallurgy and chemical processes within the smelter industry. Guide and mentor, the engineering team to ensure efficient and safe operation of the smelting processes.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize smelting processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to achieve operational excellence.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards related to smelting operations. Implement safety measures and conduct regular audits to mitigate potential risks.
• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the engineering team. Set clear objectives, provide performance feedback, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Project Management: Oversee engineering projects related to process improvement, equipment upgrades, and expansions. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• Budget and Cost Control: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the engineering budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and safety.
• Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team. Facilitate training programs and knowledge sharing to keep the team updated with the latest advancements in metallurgy and chemical processes.
• Vendor Management: Work with suppliers and vendors to source and procure necessary equipment, materials, and services. Establish strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Environmental Sustainability: Promote and implement eco-friendly practices within the smelting processes to minimize the environmental impact. Monitor emissions and waste management processes to comply with environmental regulations.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of smelting processes, engineering projects, and team achievements. Maintain accurate documentation of engineering activities, process parameters, and compliance records
