Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or other related field
• 2 years experience in telemarketing or sales
• Fluent in English verbal and written is mandatory
• Have a good presentation and communication skill
• Customer and goals oriented
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

1. Handle retail & renewal revenue : Inside Sales representatives are responsible for identifying potential customers and generating leads through selling products (renewal & retail) or services to clients. 
2. Closing sales: Inside Sales representatives are responsible for closing sales and ensuring that the customer's needs are met.
3. Customer relationship management: Inside Sales representatives are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Sales forecasting and reporting: Inside Sales representatives are responsible for forecasting future sales and generating reports to provide insights to the sales team and senior management.
5. Sales administration: Inside Sales representatives may assist with various administrative tasks, such as managing customer data and updating sales records in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. 
6. Collaboration with the sales team: Inside Sales representatives work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and that customers are receiving the support they need.
7. Sales presentations and product demonstrations: Inside Sales representatives provide sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers to help them understand the features and benefits of the product or service.
8. Reporting to Sales Manager: An Account Manager is responsible for providing regular reports to Sales Manager on the performance of their accounts, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
