Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Fluent in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa)
• Proven track record in execution excellence and delivering result
• Able to lead and manage change initiatives
• Excellent numbers and computer skills (especially Microsoft Office Excel)
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-starter, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Willing to work mobile (survey, supervise, check on site)
• Willing to be placed in Bali

Responsibility:

• Conduct interviews with suppliers and representatives, obtain information, specifications, and quotations on items required, and handle subsequent correspondence and negotiations for procurement
• Negotiating for the best price, the best term of payment, and evaluating price quotations
• Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely delivery to satisfy hotel requirements and trace the outstanding orders to ensure operational needs are met
• Check the pricing of purchase orders and determine the appropriate supplier to obtain the best quality and price
• Conduct a market survey to understand the market trend and the price floating
• Safeguard the petty cash float (if any) to ensure no unauthorized access to the float
• Collect the Market List quotation at regular intervals
• Regularly review contract supplies to ensure prices remain competitive, maintaining competitor knowledge of similar products by regularly surveying price lists of other operation supplies
• Analyze market trends to anticipate likely price fluctuations for the purpose of maintaining inventory either for long or short time periods
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
