Job Description:

• Optimize and generate campaign ideas, user funnels, social media platforms, website, and email marketing
• Write clear marketing copy to promote the company's products/services
• Develop, implement, and manage content strategy through competitive and audience research
• Manage, create, administer, and publish original high-quality content and events for CRM and growth
• SEO copywriting and content creating
• Analyze social media trends, reinforce and refocus key messages
• Monitor and report growth, SEO, and engagement with defined KPIs
• Create a strong network and community through events, engaging and impactful content
• Stay up to date with the latest digital media best practices and technologies, trend spotting
• Seek out opportunities to promote our products and services
• Stay up to date with our products, services, policies, and systems
• Help develop and create end-to-end content creation process for the company's creative needs (photo & video)

Criteria:

• Previous experience as social media manager or similar role such as marketing or content creator
• Able to present previous social media campaigns and demonstrate the results and outcomes
• Solid understanding of the importance of brand management
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office
• Able to do simple editing for videos and photos
• Excellent copywriting skills and clear communicator
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking skills
• Great time management, proactive, and able to operate with minimal guidance
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia languages
• Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus
