Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in science/Agriculture/Forestry/other related field
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the quality assurance field is required for this position
• Have awareness training on ISO 9001:2015 or working in a QMS environment
• Have Knowledge of audits, inspections, and certifications (ISO 17065) would be preferred
• Good command of English spoken and written, and good presentation skills

Task and Responsibilities:

• Conduct certification process monitoring to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency
• Register, assist, follow up, and coordinate for complaint and appeals
• Filing of improvements: processing of corrective actions with regard to the quality system
• Verify and review the Quality system, in compliance with ISO 17065
• Coordinate with other divisions in maintaining and reviewing the effectiveness of quality manuals (Procedure Manual, General Program Manual, and Specific Program Manual)
• Monitor the qualification of certification personnel to meet qualification criteria per standard requirements, along with the Scheme coordinator and certifier if needed
• Comply with and implement the Occupational Health and Safety System and applicable company procedures, and carry out company risk prevention and opportunity attainment in accordance with applicable systems and procedures
