Job Qualification:

• Maximum 26- 40 years old
• Have 2 years experience for tax
• Barchelor's degree of Accounting major with minimum GPA 3.0
• Have good communication skills and and able to work independently as well as in team.
• Fast learner, work fast & thoroughly, responsible and high commitment.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office.
• Required language(s) : Indonesian, English & Mandarin
• Accustomed to working under pressure

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Entry/Input into Accounting system all financial transactions
• Received invoice from vendors and input into system
• Prepare account payable
• Responsibility on all accounts in the Accounts Receivable
• Maintain accounting ledgers related to AR transactions by verifying, recording transactions and reconciling monthly statement.
• Input accounting data into the accounting system
• Prepare reports related with AR
• Working together with Sales team to collect payment from customer, ensuring their credit limit is maintained and informing Sales team regarding customer’s balance
