Lowongan Legal Officer di PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia

1. Provide advice and support on legal matters in various internal and external transactions including corporate, commercial, banking, litigation, environmental and general advisory work.
2. Drafting, negotiate and review agreements and contract documentation, including to give advice the company on possible legal risk and to provide mitigation strategies.
3. Liaise with and instruct internal and external advisory teams to manage company transactions.
4. Work closely with the management and the relevant team on EPC Contracts, Power Purchase Agreements and commercial contracts, banking facilities, coal suppliers, permits and licenses and other transaction documents.
5. Good autonomy in a variety of tasks including confidentiality agreements, memoranda of understanding, banking facility agreements and commercial contracts.
6. Perform administrative work such as filing and internal approval processes for good corporate governance

Requirements :

• Minimum educational background bachelor’s degree in law major (min GPA 3.00)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as legal in a law firm and/or in-house counsel in a company, preferably experience in construction projects or in-house in a Multi-National Company with multiple levels of cross-border transaction experience.
• Have excellent analytical, negotiation and contract drafting skills including from a commercial point of view
• Effectively bilingual in English and Indonesian
• Have excellent relationship management and communication skills required for interaction with stakeholders
• Have experience in managing corporate secretarial activities for a company
• Willing to travel on business to locations located in Batang, Central Java (if needed)
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
