Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Support QA&QC Manager in supervising and conducting, responsible for monitoring QA&QC Department Performance: Compilation of defective product including corrective/preventive action report to customers, improving Quality Control/Quality Assurance system plan in order to ensure Customer satisfaction through product quality, Customer Claim, follow up and coordinate for rejection from delivery inspection, Supplier Control Handling, etc.
Conducting good coordination with production line SPV for monitoring production line performance.
Preparing for external/internal audit (ISO Audit / Customers Audit / Group company audit).
Conducting verification of customer claims goods returned, provide & assists production floor in Product Quality.
Continuous improvement in QA&QC Activities.
Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned & coordinated from Senior SPV / Manager of QA&QC.

Â Job Requirements:

Maximum age of 35 yrs old.
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree, majoring in industrial engineering / chemical engineering / mechanical engineering or equivalents (from reputable university).
At least 3 yrs of working experience as a QA&QC Supervisor in Japanese company culture, or 5 yrs of working experience as a QA&QC staff in handling customer complain, incoming, in process and outgoing inspection.
Deep understanding of 7 tools of analysis method and measuring calibration systems and ISO 9001:2015.
Hands on in Microsoft Office, especially in making report and presentation in Power Point.
Advanced analytical thinking, sense of ownership, fulfill company's target (KPI).
Intermediate level conversation in English is a mandatory.
