Job Descriptions :

• Cooperating with the Director and Assisting with anything from project planning to staff management
• Addressing any issues in a timely fashion
• Provide any day to day assistance and administrative support
• Handle secretarial duties including meetings, taking minutes of meetings
• Arranging and communicating with staff and Client
• Responsible for Director‘s documents
• Translate document from mandarin to Indonesian or vice versa
• Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements :

• Maximum age 35 years
• at least bachelor’ s degree in management, bussiness, communication or any Major related
• Minimal 2 years experience
• Fluent in English and Mandarin ( speak, write, read )
• Having experience in mining company ( plus point )
• Great interpersonal, communication skill, negotiation
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Good observation skills
• Computer literate
• Min HSK 5
• Fast learning and have a high responsibility
