Role Descriptions:

Will be responsible for managing the merchandising process within our partner factories. Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality products to our clients. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of garment manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client expectations regarding production timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Weekly report for weekly meeting.
• Documentation and reporting on order progress.
• Closing garment sales.
• Finding new vendors and suppliers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to travel within and out of the city.
• Understand the fashion and apparel industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
• Leadership ability.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficient in using computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and the ability to identify and address quality issues.
• 2+ years experience in garment merchandising or a related role within a garment factory.
• Previous experiences in the local and export market.
• In-depth knowledge of the garment manufacturing process, including material sourcing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, and finishing.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with additional language skills being a plus.
