Job Description

• Full P&L responsibility and accountability for the business performance of all retail stores in Indonesia
• Lead and drive accountability for retail channels/sales strategy, growth and execution
• Accountable for quality of Retail – productivity and customer service goals
• Provide thought leadership and ensure consistent and quality execution in Retail Operations, Brand Presentation, Training, etc.
• Lead and set performance standards for execution in retail
• Develop and lead a high-performance team by driving accountability with a high degree of passion for the brand
• Lead and be responsible on recruitment, interviews, selection, training and development of new employees
• Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail environment with minimum of 2-year experience in leadership/managerial role
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others
• Good team building, interpersonal skills, coaching and people development skills
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Skilled in high level presentations, influencing and commercial negotiations
• Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends
