• Manage product listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information on e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with suppliers, third-party agencies, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure product pricing, descriptions, and images are accurate and optimized for search.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely product replenishment.
• Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring prompt and accurate shipment and delivery.
• ·Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving any order-related issues or concerns.
• Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
• Stay informed about platform policies and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
• Support the digital team in various tasks and projects as needed.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in business, marketing or relevant field.
• Fresh graduates welcomed.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business, preferably has worked on maintaining a Tokopedia / Lazada e-commerce site.
• Familiarity with design (using Adobe / Canva).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
• Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc).
• Speaks fluent English & Bahasa.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CMS (Content Management Systems).
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
