JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Preparing documents for BOD (RUPS, Company’s general License, Operational agreement, Preparing SOP)
  • Coordinate with notaries and regulators
  • Provide Legal Advice for the Company
  • Having good skill of provide and review a Contract
  • Supervise license compliance process
  • Provide legal research and compliance

JOB QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Law (Certified advocate license)
  • Having a Good Knowledge’s of Law Especially Indonesian Civil Law & General Corporate Law
  • Experience in Legal & Compliance, IR & Legal, (labor law, corporate legal, risk management)
  • Good English both written and verbally
  • Demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing company As IR & Legal minimum 3 years
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
