Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor of Laws
-Have 1-2 years of proven experience preferably in Banking/Fintech P2P Lending/Financial Services
-Have strong experience in handling all aspects of loan agreements, security documents, business contracts, and company legal documents
- Have experience in legal drafting and regulatory analysis
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, proactive and can-do attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Know about AFPI & OJK reporting (Fintech Regulations)
- Accurate, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with a target
Job responsibilities:
-Draft and review the loan agreement as well as the security documents.
-Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of business contracts and corporate legal documents (both in English and Bahasa Indonesia).
-Monitoring and managing corporate legal documents and permits
-Checking and resolving costumers complaints related
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, notary, etc.)
