As a Door Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the club maintains a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring the entrance and exit of the club to prevent unauthorized access
2. Maintaining order and enforcing club policies and procedures
3. Keeping accurate records of attendance and incidents
4. Covers topics such as identifying and responding to potential threats, handling emergencies, and ensuring the safety of patrons and staff.
5. Provide trainings: We believe that excellent customer service is essential to the success of our business. Provide a high level of service to our patrons, handle customer complaints, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

1. Must have previous experience in a similar role in the nightlife or hospitality industry
2. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
3. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Must have strong leadership and management abilities
5. Must be able to work under pressure and make quick decisions
6. Must have a good understanding of local laws and regulations related to nightclubs and entertainment venues
7. Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
