I.        PRINCIPAL PURPOSE(S) OF THE POSITION

Ø Ensure that the debt is really a debt company to then account for and record it as a debt.

II.        DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Receive and check the completeness of the documents relating to the purchase of goods

2.      Creating payable journal material (purchase journal)

3.      Creating payable journal material (purchase un-invoice)

4.      Creating payable journaling non-material (company expenses)

5.      Perform intercompany payable reconciliation

6.      Doing reconciliation payable, payable treat the material supplier

7.      Helps manufacture closing journal

8.      Creating journal vouchers fixed assets

III. REQUIREMENTS

(Education, Skills, Knowledge, Experience)

1.             Min Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting.*

2.             Min. 3 Years – similar Experience & manufacturing company*

3.             Good communication skill.*

4.             Good command in English, both written & spoken.*

5.             Good interpersonal relating skills.*

6.             Computer literate.*

7.             ERP System*

8.             EHS Awareness.*
