Lowongan HR Operation & Legal di PT Bersaudara Inti Corpora

Responsibilities:

1.      Monitoring document licensing and non-licensing

2.      Complete the Legal document requested from User

3.      Representing the company in litigation cases

4.      Managing OSS Account (Data Change), ensuring LKPM /quarter is fulfilled

5.      Create a letter for office administration (employment contract, warning letter, exit document, promotion, mutation, etc)

6.      Manage administration and documentation related to HRGA

7.      Monitor and manage employee attendance

Requirements:

1.      Minimum Bachelor Degree From Law or Management

2.      At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

3.      Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

4.      Having experience in handling permits & formalities and litigation cases

5.      Having good communication skills and having a good relationship with some of the authorities
