Task List

Manage commercial plan performance

Create into pack and relevant information for pricing policies

Review assortment in country to identify items to be delisted and propose of novelties

Coordinate novelties/promotion

Review and report KPIS,spend per pax , Pax profile Vs Target agreed

Follow up sales margin by brand category

Coordinate country marketing activities .

Customer perception report

Operations

Monitor,analyze and report Country Logistics,Marketing and category management functions and KPI’s in accordance with Group guidelines.

Periodically review commercial performance ( Sales, inventory level, margins,etc)

Coordinate preparation works concerning merchandising ,forecasting and sourcing.

Supervise Supply & Demand processes to ensure effective forecasting and ordering for an optimal supply.

Ensure correct & complete implementation of country’s commercial plan.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Master degree in business administration

5-7 years of retail experiences with at least 3 years in management role.

Knowledge of the luxury branded customer goods industry.

Exceptional strategic thinker and change strategic

Excellent negotiation skills

Familiar with Ms office

Excellent excel skill , power point, PP

Familiar with SAP

Good team leader, supporting and encouraging
