QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor degree or Diploma degree, any major.
2. Past experience as Business Development Manager/ Account Manager in an IT hardware or telco distribution company.
3. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
4. Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
5. Having ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

Job Role

• Develop new business’ and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Creates marketing strategy for sales growth, business expansion, the formation of strategic partnerships, and increased profitability.
• Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (Customer Service & Product Management) to improve the entire customer experience.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
