•       Main point of contact for employee enquiries (Tier 1)

•       Payroll, pensions & benefits processing

•       Statutory reporting on payroll & HC matters

•       HR transactions and employee data

•       Employee/ org announcements

•       Region level HR/ workforce analytics

•       Partner with Country HR & COEs to ensure consistency in HR policies

•       General HR policy communications – including global HR policies

•       Repository of HR policies in the region

•       HR analytics

•       HR process & automation

Requirement

•       University graduate with good track record

•       Government regulations on employment

•       Keep maintaining confidential attitude

•       Initiatives qualities

•       Customer service oriented

•       Proactive personality with energetic passion to win- win solution

•       The candidate should have a certain level of experience (4-6 years) working in HR Operations for company that has factory operated in the country with more than 500 people

•       Proficient in Excel and doing analytics

•       Proficient in English
