Main Responsibilities

• Being the subject matter expert on data mining and providing trending analysis to the management
• Integrate local dashboards and reports into the existing SEA report template and dashboard achieving one source of truth
• Assist the local team in budgeting data collection process recommending the most suitable template to integrate datasets into SEA template for consolidation
• Assist in meeting the MED Technology SEA goals and objectives by evaluate business needs including identifying gaps and opportunities, develop appropriate data pipelines, test cases, etc. through data analyzing
• Create value for Medical Technology SEA by translating all the data insights to help in making informed marketing, brand and business strategies
• Day-to-day interaction with CRM and any other database on data investigation to track performance of lead generation programs
• Collection of funnel data from Indonesia and translate them into funnel analytics
• Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets, trends and results using statistical techniques and big data programming skills (such as sales conversion rates)
• Acquire data from different data sources and maintain databases / data systems and CRM
• Work closely with management to prioritize and do insights generation using data mining and other data manipulation skills
• Assist the Regional Data Analyst to design template and conduct data collection rounds across SEA to maintain and present the Market Share by Business units allowing better decision making
• Sales incentive and KPI performance tracking for Indonesia team
• CRM hygiene leader, tracking and cascading the hygiene report to country and ensure follow up and improvement of hygiene in the system
• Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management

Education

• Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics or Information Management

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in data analysis and reporting is a must
• Prior experience with SAP CRM, data visualizations tools (Power bi or Tableau) will be an added advantage

Other skills

• Strong analytical skills with a passion and flair in numbers and working efficiently with data
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially in Power point and Excel
• Knowledge of VBScript, Microsoft Azure, CRM, Python, R and SQL would be advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to clarify and summarize complex issues
• Mature and pleasant personality
• Must be a team player with ability to work effectively and cross functionally with all levels
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to multitask under pressure and tight deadlines
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing environment
