Scope of Work:

• Update and monitor progress procurement based on budgets, RFQ/TOR, and actual expenses incurred
• Tracking project invoices
• Prepare recapitulation of project cash flow and cross-check with Finance team
• Update Business Trip Allowance List (PO, Over time, business allowance, tax)
• Update weekly and monthly report to Branch Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Administration
• 1-2 years experience, fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Purwokerto domicile, Central Java
