General Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least University Graduate (S1) with minimal 2 (two) years managerial experience in Retail Business as Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager
  • Passionate in high-end luxury retail sales with appreciation for the product quality, service excellence and all the related aspects
  • Good appearance is a must
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Excellent networking and customer development skills
  • Able to think strategically, make quick and sound decisions as well as put in place proper business actions
  • Able to work independently, excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Possess good sales techniques skills, MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is required
  • Have a very strong capability in submitting reports needed by Management
  • Attention to detail & trustworthy with pleasant personality
  • Able to train, manage and negotiate with people at all levels (internal and external)
  • Willing to work during mall hours

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • To have in-depth knowledge of product variety in stores
  • To develop store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • To meet sales goals by setting target sales for individual sales person and giving motivation/to drive every sales person to achieve his/her target sales
  • To ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through service excellence
  • To monitor the stock inventory and give suggestion to Store Manager/General Manager for every shortage stock that need to be ordered/improved. To check closely on the salable items that should be ordered and slow-moving items that should be cleared out soon
  • To complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures i.e., to check every routine activity such as cutting stock for every transaction made daily, display the products properly, following up any pending matters such as repaired stock etc.
  • To handle all the customer’s complaints that can not be handled by sales staff
  • To approach new customer as well as maintaining relationship with our existing customers
  • To maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • To keep tracks/records for the customer data base as well as products sold out
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
  • Additional store manager duties as needed
