PT. Aneka Tuna Indonesia as a Japanese Foreign Investment Company one of the most prominent tuna processing company in the world, location in Gempol Pasuruan East Java providing the best tuna quality for decades. Now seeking potential candidates to fill for Human Resources Manager (willing to work at Gempol - Pasuruan)
General Qualification:
o  Bachelor degree or master degree of MSDM, Psychology, Law,
o  Have experience at Organization Development, Training Development, Recruitment Selection, Information System, Compensation Benefit, Industrial and Employee Relation etc minimum 5 years in the same position
o  Have experience at Managerial minimum 5 years
o  Preferred have certified CPHRM, CG, CPLP., CBSCP, CIRP

Job Description
Main purpose of job
- Conduct and direct control and manage function Human Resources not only as a Human Capital but as Business Partner and ensure that all operational HR doing well and implement all policies, procedures to provide service and to encourage all employee
Main responsibilities :
- Conduct process of Organization Development (Talent Management, Talent Mapping, Career Path, Training Development) etc
- Diagnosing and designing Interventions to lead and manage organizations change
- Making performance management and developing talent management
- Making structural Interventions for restructuring organizations, Employee Involvement and work design.
- Making salary structure and review annual.
- Maintain, develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the HR function operate effectively.
- Review all necessary policies, SOP, WI, KPI for effectiveness between management and all employee to encourage harmonious
- Attend and keep minutes of joint consultative committee meetings and ensure that any required follow-up action is taken.
- Advise management on all aspects of employee and on the interpretation
- Support management at disciplinary, cost reduction, employee absent ratio or grievance hearings, for company to be better.
- Review and check payment for third party such as labor vendor
- Participate fro social audit
- Check and review payroll
- Others tasks related the job and title
