Deskripsi Pekerjaan

To manage and maintain effective and good communication, with stakeholders to meet company goals in terms of sustainable relationships.
To support and maintain community development programs.
Prepare and maintain key social management documentation including but not limited to Stakeholder Engagement Plans and Land Census reports.
Assist with reports to regulatory bodies and Project Finance bodies;
To conduct regular engagement reporting (weekly and monthly), analysis of trends and provide recommendations of stakeholdersâ€™ engagement to strategic plan continue to support development and land teams;
To manage and lead the local team, and regularly provide a report to the Community Relation Manager, Land Manager, and Head of Development.
Manage CSR Programs.
Maintain registers for Grievance Mechanisms
