Job Description: 

1. Looking after the Integrated Brand Communication of Rumah Peruabahan Jakarta Escape as well as every product/venue/event respectively;
2. Be a campaign planner for all products through digital and non-digital platforms e.g., conducting advertisements on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media;
3. Creating overall marketing campaign concepts on digital and non-digital channels;
4. Initiating creatives and executable ideas to increase the revenue of Rumah Perubahan Jakarta Escape;
5. Creating and planning campaign contents distribution through social media to increase foot traffic in Rumah Perubahan Jakarta Escape and accordingly achieve the mapped-out targets and traffic growth;
6. Monitoring customers and product engagements through social media distribution and causatively providing strategic and creative feedback.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Communication, Public Relation, Business Management or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Activation, Digital Marketing, Event Organizer, or Business Development.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a multi-tasking and challenging environment, also self-motivated
