Lowongan IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager di PT Finture Tech Indonesia

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures according to applicable internal and external requirements, including the applicable regulations in Indonesia;
• Manage the effective implementation of Digital and IT policies and procedures to reduce risks from internal or external threats;
• Map out relevant certification needs;
• Coordinate activities to meet the requirements of ISO and other required standards;
• Together with Compliance Department performs the gap assessment between existing IT controls with IT related new regulation from related regulator;
• Conduct a routine evaluation of policies and procedures implementation and ensure best practice risk mitigation and assessment functions are maintained to comply with the company's strategy;
• Implement a good governance organization using the ISO27001 framework or others;
• Coordinate the scheduling and implementation of certification audit activities;
• Maintain all documentation of certification activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years+ experience as Information Security, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (IT GRC) or IT Auditors in Financial Service or Financial Technology or Banking industry;
• Experience in creating and maintaining IT and/or information security policies and procedures;
• Familiar with local and regulatory requirements and how they impact IT policies;
• Demonstrate good communication and writing skills;
• Proficient with English written and verbal.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin is a plus.
