Lowongan FINANCE AR AP STAFF (JAKARTA BARAT) di PT Dycom Engineering

Key Responsibility:

• Handle and manage AR/AP transaction and report
• Handle all daily aspects of accounting and financial reporting for the company including bank transaction, account payable/ receivable, billing and customer receivable collection schedule
• Billing to customers to pay on time
• Daily check and pay to salesman expenses
• Monthly prepare salesman commission payment
• Maintain logbook of bank and petty cash
• Preparing for the completeness of the invoice payment process in accordance with predifined schedule
• Prepare financial statement, report and records by collecting, analyzing and summarize account information and financial statement
• Input all daily finance transaction to Accurate program
• Work closely with accounting & tax team
• Filing documents

Qualifications:

• Aged 27 - 35 years old with good healthy.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Good knowledge about AR/AP, Accurate Program, Familiar Bank transaction procedure, finance transaction, Financial Statement, Reconciliation Report
• Proactive, good initiatives and good communication skill
• Able to work under pressure, teamwork and independently
• Preferably understand in Mandarin languange is an advantage
• Currently not working with any company and ready to work immediately
• Wiling to be place at West Jakarta.
